On the morning of October 15th,the opening ceremony of 2020 graduate students was held in the school gymnasium. Party Secretary Li Delong, President Yin Huachuan, Deputy Secretary Gan Qin, and heads of related colleges and functional departments, representatives of mentorsinside and outside the school, and the whole new 2020 graduate students, all of them attended the ceremony.
Yin Huachuan, on behalf of all teachers and students, expressed a warm welcome to the new 2020 graduate students. He said that Chongqing University of Science and Technology is a“Four Haves”school, with the historic culture, outstanding strength, deep sentiment and full expectations. Students, who become the part of the home, will witness the historical moment of the transformation and sublimation of the school in the three-year studying life. He also put forward four wishes for students. First, it is essential to broaden your horizons and to have a strong vision of home and world. Second, it is necessary to adhere to your dreams with a scientific studying planning to the future.Third, it is significant to dare to be first, and to be steeped in academic research. And fourth, it is important to be realistic and pragmatic to create a better life.
