On Octorber,22nd, the Forum for the Exploration and Development of Low Permeability Oil-gas Fields was held jointly by PCOC and the National Enginnering Laboratory of the Exploration and Development of Low Permeability Oil-gas Fields in Xian, Shanxi province. Attending the event were CQUST President Yin Huachuan and over 200 managers, academicians, experts,and other people in the petroleum field.
