In order to explain the rules and regulations of scientific research management, the school held a publicity and implementation meeting of scientific research management policies on the afternoon of December 16. The heads of relevant functional departments of the University, the presidents (ministers) of secondary colleges (departments), the deputy heads of scientific research institutes (departments), scientific research secretaries, the heads of scientific research platforms and teachers' representatives attended the publicity and implementation meeting. The meeting was presided over by Yin limeng, deputy director of the scientific research department.

At the meeting, Zhai Xiaoying, deputy director of the planning and finance department, interpreted the management method of scientific research funds of the University. She explained in detail the scope of funds, responsibilities and authorities, fund management, accounting and reimbursement process, etc. Liu Wei, deputy director of the bidding and procurement office, made a speech on the bidding and procurement policies, and explained the use of scientific research funds to purchase outsourcing, goods and services. Director Jiang Mingxuan of the Audit Office trained the audit basic knowledge and process from the aspects of audit preparation, implementation, termination and rectification, reported the problems in the school's scientific research audit, and mainly interpreted the contract elements and business supporting materials of scientific research projects.

Yin limeng said in the summary that the scientific research policy publicity and implementation meeting explained a series of reform measures in terms of putting, managing and serving the scientific research management work of the school. The basic purpose is to hope that all secondary units can deeply understand, publicize and implement the spirit of various management systems, so that researchers can fully share the dividends of the reform of the scientific research system.
